When registering for OSCON 2004 at
http://conferences.oreillynet.com/cs/os2004/create/ord_os04 ,
"Demographics: Planned Purchases - Software" and "Demographics: Planned
Purchases - Hardware" are required to be non-empty.  A "No plans at this
time" option is not available.

Are persons/organizations without specific planned purchases unwelcome at
OSCON?
